DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
When will the products I have purchased be delivered?
Generally, we endeavor to ensure that the products you have purchased will be delivered to you within an estimated three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your region.
How much does it cost to delivery a product?
Generally, for sales with a net purchase price of more than Seventy-Five United States Dollars ($75), delivery will be free of charge. For purchases below this price, the delivery fee at the checkout step will be paid. In certain cases, a delivery fee may be assessed even if the net purchase price is above this amount, but in such cases, we will clearly indicate this prior to the conclusion of the sale.
Where can I check the delivery status of the products I have purchased?
You can check the delivery status of your purchases by clicking on the product you have purchased in the “My Orders” section of your profile.
How long can I return products?
Provided your product is eligible for return, you can return your product within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery in line with the applicable to the product. For more information about the return policy applicable to your product, please visit Terms of Use and Sale .
What do I need to do to return my products?
Provided your product is eligible for return, generally, you can return the product you have purchased, provided it has not been used, including all accessories, within thirty (30) calendar days without any additional charge. If you wish to return your product, you will need to create a return request by selecting the product you wish to return in the “My Orders” section.
Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to collect the product for the return process. You will need to deliver your product to the freight forwarder according to the arranged appointment.
Once the product arrives at Mavi, the first step is to check if the product to be returned does not meet the return conditions. For hygienic reasons, underwear and face masks cannot be returned. For the same reasons, bikini bottoms and swimwear with the original protective tape removed or damaged cannot be returned. Cosmetics and toiletries can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened, is intact and the products have not been used.
Upon approval of the product requested for return, your refund transactions will be processed.

When will I receive my refund after I return the product?
Once the returned product has been inspected and accepted by Mavi, your refund will be issued within an average of seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, depending on the payment service provider's policy. The refund will be made to the card you used to place your order. The price to be refunded will be the final price, including the product price and any additional charges shown to you on the checkout and invoice.
